Annapurna

The Annapurna mountain range in the Himalayas in northern and central Nepal is the largest conservation area in the country. In 2023, Marcel went on a 10-day hike to Annapurna Base Camp, carrying all his painting equipment on his back. On this trek the following painting were created. The name Annapurna comes from Hinduism and means “the giver of food and sustenance”.
