SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping to any location covered by our delivery partners. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after selecting the destination country.
For orders within Spain, there is a flat rate of 10 euros. For orders within Europe (Albania, Latvia, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Armenia, Lithuania, Austria, Luxembourg, Azerbaijan, Malta, Belarus, Moldova, Belgium, Monaco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Croatia, Norway, Cyprus, Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Denmark, Romania, Estonia, Russia, Finland, San Marino, North Macedonia, Serbia, France, Slovakia, Georgia, Slovenia, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Hungary, Iceland, Switzerland, Ireland, Turkey, Italy, Ukraine, Kosovo, and the United Kingdom), there is a flat rate of 20 euros. For orders from non-European countries, the flat rate is 30 euros.
Your order will generally be shipped within 5–15 working days unless otherwise noted. As we are often traveling, the shipping time may vary. If we anticipate any delays to ship the painting, we will notify you via email. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we will provide you with the tracking number and courier service details via email.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a specific artwork after purchase, we will inform you via email and issue a full refund as soon as possible.
If you receive the artwork in a bad condition or if the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us via email at wibo_arte@outlook.com or WhatsApp +4917665122401 to arrange a return. We will refund you the full amount.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. We offer full refunds for damaged artworks.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

All images, text, videos, copyrights and logos are the exclusive property of Marcel Wissing Boada. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Marcel Wissing Boada harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Marcel Wissing Boada, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
